The quality of this store has been on a slow and steady decline, but I believe they completely disregard any type of safety for your pets anymore. I have been shopping here for about 10 years up until the past two years or so, just because it is disgusting here and there's not much they offer where you couldn't go and get it better quality elsewhere. I had bought cat grass and didn't even get all the way home before I realized the entire bottoms roots were covered in a blanket of mold. Upon return they were like "oh, mold? Yeah...". So you're aware of this? You're aware you're selling rotten product to people's pets? Was the $10 worth what could've possibly made my pets sick? It was my last straw, along with always half-dead small super worms/hornworms, unhealthy/neglected pets that are ready to sell, and the unknowledgeable teenage staff that go ahead and recommend the worst advice for your pets because they don't KNOW anything about the animals they're working with. It's all such a shame but I don't recommend this store at all. It would greatly improve with people who actually care about what they're doing but probably won't be paid enough for it.

Mia was honestly such a pleasure to talk to about getting a bunny. She answered all my questions, recommended helpful products, and clearly showed real care for her animals — especially Binky. You can tell she truly loves what she does and wants the best for her bunnies. Even though I ended up going with another option, I won’t forget her kindness or sweet Binky❣️

I never knew this place existed, but over the weekend my boyfriend took me around Coral Springs to show me some shopping areas, as I recently moved here, little over one week ago, and we stopped in here to get some pup treats. I was impressed by how neat, and well kept the store was inside. Each department was well stocked and organized making it easy for customers to locate what they may need. I feel in love with some of the small animals they have, for sale. The staff were great, and being it was my first time I was offered to open a supermarket rewards card. I’ll definitely be stopping by again soon to check out the small animals, and to get treats from my pup once he runs out.

We had a wonderful experience at this pet store, thanks to Julie! As first-time fish tank owners, we had a lot of questions, and she was incredibly informative, patient, and helpful. Julie took the time to explain everything clearly and provided great suggestions to help us get started the right way. Her knowledge and genuine willingness to help made the experience enjoyable and stress-free. We’re very grateful for her guidance and highly recommend working with her!

We had a really nice experience shopping here for our new pet bunnies. The staff are always kind and patient and take the time to answer all of your questions. They are knowledgable about all of the animals and help you figure out exactly what you need. Steven (Assistant Manager, I believe) was especially accommodating and helpful to us. He was very kind and patient and helped us with our new bunnies when we had questions/issues or just weren't sure what to do in certain situations. Thanks for an easy and pleasant experience, it makes all the difference in the world.

Excellent help today from Jennifer, Amanda and Leana. Jenn really was knowledgeable about Dog Browning's food. Took the time and showed me the newest Hill's Science for the big boy. I highly recommend this location after disappointed at the competition brought me here!
